Active search through the Members database based on our good knowledge about our Members >> Creative Professionals Worldwide being a human-centered network, we do know each of our Member.

Pre-selection of matching Members

// Step 5:

Introduction of Members pre-selected and agreeing to be introduced

This is your step: we do make the connection, you do the recruitment!

And here's how JobConnect works for Freelancers ("the Applicants"):

You apply to or are contacted by us about a JobConnect ad posted on www.creativeprofessionalsworldwide.com job board

// Step 2:

Analyse of the applications

// Step 3:

Preselection of Applicants that match the Client requirements

// Step 4:

Introduction to the Client of the preselected Freelancers that have agreed to be introduced

This is your step: we do make the connection, you do the interview and go through the recruitment process!

HOW MUCH?

For the Client as well as the Applicants introduced:

• research and introduction: €0
• if a preselected Applicant is contracted for the job or later during the year of introduction: a financial commission is paid by both the Client and the selected Applicant to Creative Professionals Worldwide as a reward of the business introduction.
  

Note a JobConnect contract is signed as a proof of acceptance of the JobConnect service conditions between:

     - the Creative Professionals Worldwide and the Client

     - the Creative Professionals Worldwide and the preselected Applicants to be introduced to the Client
